Homemade Baby Food/Puree Guide

I found that information on how to make different baby food purees couldn't be found in one concise location t so I put them all together to make things easier for me and I hope it helps you too. I haven't tried all of these yet so I can't ensure that this is the easiest way to make all of these things, but it should be a good start. Listed first are vegetables then fruits that are generally thought to be okay for 6 - 8 month olds. Of course you should talk to your doctor and do whatever is best for your kiddo, but I hope you find this a helpful guide to making your own baby food.
